No-gi grappling for MMA covers submissions, sweeps,Ground and Pound and control techniques for MMA competition without a Gi which would be worn in traditional BJJ clubs. The grappling and submission program at IFS is based around high percentage techniques that work in live MMA competition when strikes are involved also on the ground.
Coach
Paul Mc & Adam Gustab look after the No-Gi grappling side of the clubs MMA training at IFS. At IFS the fighting style incorporates a lot of wrestling so it works well with our No Gi grappling heavy top control working on high percentage submissions, ground n pound and smothering control.
